Guest Speaker: Dr. Max Palisson, from Plexus Informatique Computer Consulting

For several years, Dr. Max Palisson has been working on medical imaging and telemedicine projects in France, and more recently at the teleradiology department of the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, where he also directed a research study on medical imaging quality. He has co-written over 20 papers on medical imaging, telemedicine and teleradiology. Dr. Palisson is now working with GMH and local insurance companies to help develop telemedicine here on Guam.
