TelecomPacific Medical Technology Symposium (PACMEDTek) will be held August 18-21, 1998 at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. The symposium will review the progress of medical technologies that are suitable for the Pacific Region. Technological, clinical and management issues will be discussed. A significant number of the presentations, discussions and poster sessions will focus on the evaluation and impact of telemedicine in the context of patient care, education and economic development.
