Live longer with everyday activities
By having vigorous
activities throughout the day, you get to burn a significant amount of calories without
even going to the gym.
Every time you do one of the following activities, add up the
calories burnt. If you burn over 200 calories a day with this type of incidental exercise,
you'll live longer and reduce your risk of diseases.
