Eat Healthy!

Eat healthy to promote health and prevent disease. Your healthy diet should include eating at least five servings of fruits and vegetables each day.

Try to limit your intake of meat, high fat dairy products, junk foods and baked goods. Include foods rich in fiber such as whole grain breads, pastas, rice and potatoes.
