Put some garlic in your diet !
There are many benefits associated
with taking garlic regularly.
Garlic has proven to be efficient in reducing cholesterol,
preventing hardening of the aorta (the major artery that carries blood from the heart), as
well as zapping bacteria.
Garlic also seems to benefit people's cardiovascular health
more as they age. More recent studies suggest that, taken during pregnancy, it could also
cut the risk of pre-eclampsia (raised blood pressure and protein retained in the urine).
You can add garlic cloves to some of your favorite recipes,
or consider taking garlic supplements or tablets.
