What a Headache!
Having a headache again ? Although they
can be painful and annoying, most headaches are not related to a serious disorder, but
rather due to one of the following:
Stress or Muscle tension,
which are the major sources of headaches. Learn how to relax, and how
to manage your stress effectively
Diet: In some people, foods such as Caffeine, Chocolate, Red Wine, Fruits, Nuts and Cheeses can also cause or contribute to headaches.
Sleep: Too much or too little sleep can cause headaches. Get
th right amount of sleep, and stick to the same bed schedule every day.
Eye Strain:If you experience headaches while looking
at a computer screen for a long time, take a short break and follow this
tip.
