Be Physically Active
Your health will improve, you'll get
less colds and other minor health problems. If you often feel tired throughout the day
without specific reasons, you'll also notice major improvements.
To start, find your own ways to be active: jog, run, join a
gym, swim, hike, mow the lawn.
Don't just watch sports on TV. Participate in sports you
enjoy: tennis, swimming, golf.
Don't take your car to visit friends two blocks away. Try
parking at the far end of the parking lot, and walk.
Even while seated, stretch your muscles, arms and legs, get
up of your chair and walk a couple of minutes every hour.
